La Guinelle Vinaigre de Riesling Pierre Frick 250ml

These amazing vinegars are made by Nathalie Lefort in her charming open air vinaigrerie In Cosprons, a hillside village near Port-Vendres, overlooking the rocky Cote Vermeille coast close to Spain.

This unique vinegar is a collaboration between Pierre Frick Winery in Alsace, France and the vinegar producer La Guinelle. Made with Pierre Frick's Riesling wine, the resulting vinegar is aromatic and complex with floral notes. 

It pairs wonderfully with oysters and offers many possibilities with white meats.
