Pallarès Solsona Stainless Steel Bread Knife

The humble Bread Knife has been designed by Pallarès in the classic bread style.

Designed to do what other knives can't, the bread knife has aggressive serrations and can effortlessly slide through the toughest crusts or the softest bread without a problem.

Boxwood has been used for the handle due to its density and tight, even grain which is naturally water resistant.

*Sizes: 22cm and 25 cm blade's length. 

Please hand wash and do not leave your knives soaking in water.

Ensure your knives are always kept dry, carbon steel will rust when it is damp. 

To keep your blades sharper for longer, wooden chopping boards are recommended.
